Are my SunGods recyclable?

All SunGod sunglasses are fully recyclable.

To make their journey through the recycling system as easy as possible, please separate the lenses and frame before recycling (and for Pace Series™ products, separate the earsocks and nosepads too).

Of course, all SunGod packaging is recyclable too - and made of recycled materials.

We also work from the inside out by putting in place programs to foster a positive workplace culture for our team, and we screen all suppliers to ensure they are as committed as we are in maintaining responsible and sustainable practices for their employees and the environment.

How sustainable are SunGod products?

Our products are made from plastic, and that's bad right? Well, not necessarily. The durable and recyclable plastics we use are the most suitable materials for making eyewear products that are built to last. These include our Infinite™ 100% Recycled frames, which are sourced entirely from waste plastic.

Much of the full life-cycle embedded carbon in eyewear products comes from shipping, logistics and packaging, so in addition to offsetting all our products and operations across Scopes 1-3, we’re focused on reducing emissions through minimising weight and waste material, using sustainable shipping methods, and creating packaging from recycled and recyclable materials. All SunGod products are certified Carbon Neutral.

By building a product that you only need to buy once, we help you to reduce the environmental damage caused by the manufacture and transport of multiple shorter-lived pairs. And if your SunGods break, we'll repair them, free of charge, under our Lifetime Guarantee.

This allows us to maintain responsible and sustainable practices for both people and planet.

Hand-Assembly: Each SunGod product undergoes individual hand-assembly in the UK, where our skilled team carefully inspect and assemble every pair. This ensures that every item meets our exacting standards before it's shipped directly to your door.
