Where does SunGod ship?

We currently ship worldwide using fast couriers (usually DPD or DHL) to deliver almost anywhere within just a few working days. We’ve selected the best available couriers for each specific country to ensure you receive your SunGod order as quickly as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer expedited delivery services to all countries in the world.

When exactly will I receive my order?

We know you want to receive your SunGods as quickly as possible. As soon as you place your order we get to work building and packaging it ready for dispatch from our warehouse. If you’ve ordered before 3pm (UK time) your package will ship the same day, otherwise we’ll ship it on the next business day.

Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

We’ve selected the best couriers for each country to ensure the fastest delivery times. Delivery to the UK and some parts of Europe is next working day, otherwise delivery times are generally 2-5 working days.

Can I cancel or change an order after I've placed it?

Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we can't guarantee it will be possible to make any changes to an order once it's been placed.

What delivery method do you use for shipping orders?

Will I be charged import duty on my SunGod order?

All SunGod orders are shipped from the UK, so orders to UK destinations will not be subject to additional import duties or taxes. All orders to EU destinations are shipped inclusive of all import duties/taxes and will not be subject to any additional charges on delivery. If you have been charged additional fees on a UK or EU order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help!

Orders to other destinations may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Usually, the value of your order will be below any import thresholds and no additional charges will apply, however, this is at the discretion of your local government import policies. If duties or taxes do apply they must be rendered by yourself in order for your package to be delivered. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information.

What is your Returns Policy?

Due to the custom nature of our products and each product being made-to-order from individual customer designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Limited Edition and Signature Series products are exempt from this policy if they are returned unused in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
