Always include accurate order details such as your full name, email, and order number in your requests to minimize delays.

Once your cancellation or return request is approved, a full refund will be processed. The refunded amount will typically appear in your account within 3-5 working days.

If your order has already been despatched, this means it has been handed over to our courier and we are no longer able to cancel it. However, you can simply refuse the delivery, or submit a claim request and we'll be more than happy to help through a return for refund. 😊
