Due to the custom nature of our products and each product being made-to-order from individual customer designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes Prescription products.

Limited Edition and Signature Series products are exempt from this policy if they are returned unused in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. To make a return on one of these products, please start the process here.

Please note, SunGod is not able to cover return postage on any returns. This is because from an environmental perspective, there's no such thing as a "free return"; the emissions from returns across the fashion and apparel industry are vast and damaging. By not offering free returns, we encourage our customers to make informed purchases and reduce return rates, collectively lowering our impact on the planet - in alignment with our triple bottom line of People, Planet and Profit.
