What are Iris™ Photochromic Lenses?

Long days in the sun inevitably mean you will face changing light conditions. Photochromic lenses are lenses that respond to varying light conditions. If the conditions are brighter, the lens will become darker and if the conditions become less bright, the lens will transition to become lighter again. Our 8KO Iris™ photochromic lens adjusts to fast-changing light conditions, for no lapse in vision and ultimate focus on the road.

The SunGod Vulcans™, Velans™, Airas™ and Ultras™are the next generation of the SunGod Pace Series™. All products feature our market leading 8KO™ lens technology. The Vulcans™ and the Velans™ are both available as Top Frame (TF) or Full Frame (FF) variants, and the Airas™ are available as Zero Frame (ZF) or Bottom Frame (BF) variants. The Ultras™ are available only in the Zero Frame (ZF) variant.

The SunGod Vulcans™ and Airas™ are the larger of the frame styles, and feature a cylindrical (flat) lens for maximum peripheral vision. The Velans™ and Ultras™ are smaller, and feature a spherical (round) lens for ultimate optical precision.

Will my sunglasses fit with my helmet?

All SunGod Snow Series™ and Pace Series™ products have been designed to be compatible with most modern snowsports and bike helmet styles respectively.

Vanguards™, Ullrs™ and Snipers™ have adjustable strap lengths so you can tighten or loosen your goggles to fit your helmet.
