Which delivery companies do you use?

Accepted Answer

We use fast worldwide couriers (usually DHL or DPD) to deliver almost anywhere in the world within just a few days. All orders are shipped using DPD, DHL or Royal Mail with full tracking. Localised delivery options are offered at checkout.

Question 3

Will I be charged import duty on my SunGod order?

Accepted Answer

Our website prices include all sales, duty and import taxes for UK, EU and US customers. If you are shipping to one of these countries there will be no further sales tax, import tax or import duties - the price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.

We ship most products from our UK warehouse, so there will never be unexpected charges for UK customers. If you have been charged additional fees on an EU or US order, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

If you live outside the UK, EU or US, you may be charged additional import taxes and duties at the discretion of your local government import policies. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information.

Question 4

How long will my order take to arrive?

If you order before 3pm GMT your order will be shipped on the same day, otherwise we’ll ship your order on the next working day. Our warehouse team takes a well-deserved break on weekends and UK national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

For prescription orders only, we require you to upload a valid prescription and pupillary distance image after purchase. We aim to despatch all prescription orders within three weeks of receiving these documents.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, with the exception of any countries that our carriers (DHL, DPD and Royal Mail) are unable to deliver to (e.g. Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Afghanistan, Iran and Iraq).
