What if the email is wrong on my order?

If the email used to place your order was not correct, don’t worry. Drop us an email at support@sungod.co with details of your order, and we'll be able to share your order information with you.

How can I track the status of my order?

As soon as your order and payment go through, we'll send you an order confirmation email. We'll also send you a shipping confirmation email once your order ships (same working day if your order is received before 3pm, otherwise next working day) with tracking details.

For pre-order or prescription products: the shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order ships from us. If there is any change to the previously communicated delivery date we will let you know by email.

How will I know my order was successful?

When your order and payment go through, you will be directed to a confirmation page and all is good! You will also receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
