If you order before 3pm GMT your order will be shipped on the same day, otherwise we’ll ship your order on the next working day. Our warehouse team takes a well-deserved break on weekends and UK national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

For prescription orders only, we require you to upload a valid prescription and pupillary distance image after purchase. We aim to despatch all prescription orders within three weeks of receiving these documents.
