What is the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee?

We've built our reputation on high performance products with unrivalled durability. That's why your SunGods are covered by the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee.

The SunGod Lifetime Guarantee covers all SunGod products in case of Manufacturer's Defects and Accidental Breakage. If your SunGods break (or you break them), we will repair them free of charge. Simple.

Why do we offer such a generous Guarantee?

Because we know that repairing products is better for the environment (and your bank balance) than replacing them. Keeping your gear in play is better than throwing it away.

Are there any exclusions on the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee?

The SunGod Lifetime Guarantee does not cover lens scratches, loss or theft.

Does the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee cover lens scratches?

Lens scratches are not covered by the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee.

We've done everything we can to make our market-leading lenses scratch-resistant but unfortunately, it's just not possible to make scratch-proof lenses. For this reason, we provide lens care instructions and a 100% microfibre pouch to store and clean your SunGods.

The lenses on all SunGod products can be replaced. Lens Kits are available here.

How do I claim on the SunGod Lifetime Guarantee?

Please start the process by submitting a Guarantee Claim using this form. As soon as we've received your claim we'll review and get back to you within 2 working days.

To submit a claim you will need to have your original order number, and photos of the issue so our team can help resolve it. Please check your spam/junk folders for our email if you have not heard from us within 2 working days. If you have any questions about this process or need us to find your order number please contact us.

I've sent my SunGods back for repair, have you received them?

If you haven't heard anything from us regarding your package it's likely we haven't yet received it. Delivery times back to our team can depend on the service you select when shipping them back to us. If you're in a hurry we recommend using a fast and secure delivery method.

As soon as we receive your SunGods we'll rectify the problem and ship them back out to you within one working day. We use fast worldwide courier services to return them to you (DPD or DHL normally). You'll receive an email from us as soon as they are on their way, including tracking information so you can follow their journey back to you.

Are discontinued SunGod products still covered by the Lifetime Guarantee?

Yes, all discontinued SunGod products (like the Classics², PaceBreakers™ and Revolts™) are still fully covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.
