While we usually wouldn’t accept returns, we’re a customer-led brand and would much rather support you in either returning these or ideally, swapping them for a more suitable pair, as we know how frustrating this can be.

Please note that to return your order for a refund, you must return both the full-price and gifted products to be able to process your refund.

You can exchange your full-price SunGods during our 14-day returns period; however, we cannot accept exchanges on free pairs.
